After having a hair disaster from another salon, and I mean disaster from highlights starting over an inch from the root, to chunks she missed especially around the face and later said, "oh well". She didn't believe in lowlights, so no contrast to my hair. My highlights were orange within days! The cut was just as bad. It looked like a calico cat sitting on my head, so I just clipped it up, rubberbanded it, whatever I could do to hide it. I was afraid to go to another salon after that, but I am soooo glad I did!! Carmina at Elevate Beauty Center is the best!!! She really took the time to listen to me and to see what the other place had done. She did an incredible job fixing my hair from the highlights and color, to my haircut. She even gave me a scalp massage during the process!! If you are new to the area, or had a bad hair experience like I did, do yourself a favor and go see Carmina. She is an amazing colorist/stylist. You won't be disappointed! Daisy A. This is the most upscale salon in Tehachapi. When you arrive your offered a variety of beverages, including mimosas! The decor is posh with the most recent salon technology. I've been with my stylist, Jillian Osborne, for close to 10 years and trust her with being real and giving me the best style based on my hair texture/face shape/style requirements. Would highly recommend Jillian at Elevate beauty!!!

I always love coming here for my appointments, the energy and atmosphere of the whole space is so lively and wonderful. I leave feeling not only better about my hair, but about myself in general. The stylists are all so sweet! Highly recommend this salon.
